PowerTrain has supported a number of Federal agencies in designing, coordinating, and overseeing conferences — including the OPM Benefits Officers Conferences — since 2002.
On April 15 and 16, 2015, PowerTrain provided support services for the OPM Virtual Human Resources Training Conference attended by over 2,400 Federal employees. The conference consisted of 55 interactive one-hour presentations complete with video, audio, chat, Q&A, audience surveys, and on-camera delivery by content experts. In addition, the conference featured three live-stream events, two of which were presented by the OPM director.

In the case of the HR conference, the material was available not only to the 2,400 paid participants, but also to over 4,800 HR professionals post-event, which adds a potential additional revenue stream.
