PowerTrain has resold licenses and provided support across dozens of federal agencies and DoD services, supporting over 200 Task Orders. Our customers include CFPB, CIGIE, DCPAS, DCSA, DHA, DoD, DOJ, FHRI, NAVWAR, NNAWCWD, NORAD, OPM, RCDC, USAID, USCG, USMC, USU, USUHS, and more.  We have agreements with multiple vendors & major license providers to quickly provide licenses. PowerTrain not only provides licenses but also includes value-added services, including market research, installation, operation, and maintenance of licenses. Also, as part of our value-added services, we manage all aspects of contract administration and vendor management, plus we offer military-grade cybersecurity/hosting. 

Our GSA Learning Licenses IDIQ (previously the OPM USALearning® Licenses IDIQ) allows agency clients to quickly use system licenses to support various education and training requirements within their learning ecosystems. This includes:

• Support for LMS, including implementation, help desk, project management, training, and technical support
• Talent Management System (TMS) annual licenses

PowerTrain’s GSA Learning Licenses IDIQ contract has a five-year base term that runs through 21 March 2028, and an option period of five years that will run through March 21, 2033.
