Hyattsville, MD — January 20, 2026 — PowerTrain, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a State Term Contract for Management Consulting Services by the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS). Under State Term Contract No. 80101500-25-STC, eligible State of Florida customers may procure PowerTrain’s management consulting services through this statewide contract vehicle.
The initial term of the contract is three years, effective December 1, 2025 (or the date signed by all parties, whichever is later), and expiring November 30, 2028, unless renewed or terminated earlier.
Through this contract vehicle, PowerTrain can support Florida customers across a broad range of management consulting needs, including:
- Organizational Strategy Development
- Project Management Consulting
- Program Research, Planning, Analyses, Scenarios, Reports, and Evaluations
- Executive Leadership Development and Customized Training
- Policy, Program, Regulation, and Development Consulting
- Process and Productivity Improvement and Advisory Assistance
- Litigation Consulting
- Systems Alignment and Consolidation Support
- Comprehensive Grants Management Services for Federal Disaster and Emergency Assistance Programs
Services are provided on an as-needed basis, with each engagement defined by a Customer-specific scope of work (Customer SOW/CSOW) agreed upon by the Customer and PowerTrain.
