FHFA BPA
Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) regulates and supervises Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the eleven Federal Home Loan Banks (jointly, the “regulated entities”). These institutions play critical roles in supporting our nation’s housing finance system. Under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, FHFA was established as an independent agency in the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. FHFA is a non-appropriated funded agency. As such, FHFA is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

NASA SEWP V GWAC
NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V (SEWP V) Government-Wide Acquisitions Contract
Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, or SEWP, is an IT products and services Government-Wide Acquisitions Contract (GWAC). SEWP was established to provide NASA and all Federal Agencies with the best value and timely access to critical technologies.
The SEWP Mission is: “As an established and agile leader in the Federal Acquisition Community, the SEWP Program Office manages a suite of government-wide IT product solution contracts that provide NASA and all Federal Agencies with timely access to mission-critical technologies.

GSA/OPM LSL IDIQ Contract
General Services Administration (GSA)/Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Learning System Licenses (LSL) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract
The LSL contract provides Federal organizations with a vehicle to effectively and efficiently achieve agency missions and enable high-quality, just-in-time learning and human capital solutions for Federal employees. Through PowerTrain’s LSL contract, Federal agencies can purchase state-of-the-art products and services quickly and efficiently.
The GSA/OPM process is straightforward and only takes about 8 weeks to get your project started. You don’t have to research the market for resources, write a Request for Proposal (RFP), and wait for competitive bids. It is handled quickly and efficiently with personal assistance, including helping you with formulating project work statements (PWS) and the internal paperwork.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract
The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a Best in Class (BIC) preferred government-wide IDIQ contract meeting Federal agencies’ mission needs for a full range of requirements. OASIS+ has a 10-year ordering period with no cap on awards and no cap on contract dollar ceiling. The contract is for professional and other than professional services organized by 8 domains.

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NXG) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract
The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NXG) IDIQ is a 5-year, integrated approach for the Department of Navy (DON) Virtual SYSCOM Commanders’ (NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, and ONR) as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) to obtain wide-ranging engineering and program management services/Professional Support Services (PSS). SeaPort NxG’s electronic procurement of Technical, Engineering, and other professional services represents a key strategy to meeting the DON contracting needs.

PowerTrain accepts Federal Government Purchase Cards and Purchase Orders using SAM.GOV, Optional Form 347(OF 347), and Standard Form 182 (SF-182) for all of our services.
(Agencies may use an SF-182 for individual and group training development and acquisition services. The SF-182 has a ceiling of $250,000, as set by the “simplified acquisition threshold” under Section 805 of the National Defense Authorization Act. Although the amount is contained in the NDAA, it applies to all 24 “CFO” agencies per OMB memo M-18-18.)
