December 5, 2025 — PowerTrain, Inc., a leader in innovative workforce training, won three coveted Brandon Hall Group awards for excellence in Learning & Development in the following categories:
- U.S. Navy Active Shooter Hostile Event (ASHE) Responder Course: Silver Award in the category of “Best Advance in Technology for Crisis Management”
- PowerTrain transformed an 8-hour instructor-led ASHE course into a modern, self-paced multimedia experience aligned with CNIC objectives and NFPA 3000 standards. The solution delivers scalable, mission-critical training that accelerates readiness for Navy Fire & Emergency Services personnel facing complex hostile event scenarios.
- AFCEC/CXR Field Craft Training Suite: Silver Award in the category of “Best Advance in Performance Support Technology”
- For AFCEC/CXR, PowerTrain created a branded suite of 38 performance support tools covering key CBRN topics for Air Force Emergency Responders preparing for VALEX. This micro-learning repository — including videos, animations, checklists, and job aids — provides quick, accessible refresher training that supports Airmen operating in demanding CBRN environments.
- AFCEC/CXR Plume Modeling Micro-Lessons: Bronze Award in the category of “Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology”
- PowerTrain’s Plume Modeling Micro-Lessons deliver 28 short, HTML5 modules (each 10 minutes or less) focused on the CBRN Information System (CBRN-IS) for plume modeling. Designed for both initial and refresher training, the modular format lets learners access exactly the content they need, when they need it, strengthening just-in-time learning and operational readiness.
