A unique feature of PowerTrain is the stability of our workforce. Our senior management and many of our staff members have worked together in various capacities for over 30 years. We know each other, like each other, and are committed to supporting a creative, innovative, and flexible work environment that has a focus on the customer, a focus on quality, and a focus on learning. We are continually investing in our personnel, providing training, resources, and certifications such that PowerTrain’s key project managers are certified Project Management Professionals and Human Capital Strategists.
You won’t find a more experienced team to help you create a personalized plan to meet your needs. Unlike our competitors, the PowerTrain Senior Program Manager team is there with you from day one. Before the project even begins, our managers write the proposals and pull together our internal talent that will be the specialized team for your project.
Once we begin after the kickoff meeting, that same Senior Program Manager coordinates the team for the duration of the project. We’re a well-oiled machine with a close-knit community of talented employees.
